Q: Can I get a quote without going through my local Winco Sales Rep?
A: No, all quotes must run through the local sales representative.

Q: How do I get Information regarding Winco Window Products?
A: The product selector guide is an easy to use guide to find information about Winco Windows. Just select the window type and series and system information is available. Q: Does Winco provide shop drawings or engineering services.
A: Winco includes basic shop drawings and engineering on all quotes. Additional engineering services (fastener calculations, PE stamp, thermal simulations, etc.) are available. Q: Does Winco work from customer supplied shop drawings.
A: Winco will work from customer supplied shop drawings, but additional engineering time may be required to decipher the customer drawings and gather additional information to process the order.

Q: How do I find out when my order is going to ship?
A: An order acknowledgement will be sent to you once the job enters the engineering department providing you the anticipated ship date.

A: Larger projects will ship on dedicated trucks and the carrier will call to coordinate delivery with you. Tracking numbers for smaller orders can be provided upon request. Q: When I receive my order there was damaged material, what is the next step.
A: Winco strives to wrap and pack all orders to reduce freight damage. If freight damage has occurred you must note it on the bill of lading, have the driver sign as a witness to the damage and make sure you have inspected everything taking digital pictures. This information will be needed for you to file a freight claim with the carrier for reimbursement.
