Texas Tough!
Winco Windows 1450 and 1450S Now Meet
TDI Requirements for Impact Resistance

They say bigger is better in Texas, so Winco is introducing two powerhouse impact resistant windows to the marketplace, the 1450 and 1450S windows. Now approved by the Texas Department of Insurance, these aluminum casement/picture combination windows are ideal for both new and replacement construction. And these windows are Texas- tough:

  • Our 4” deep profiles are compatible with impact storefronts and offer many options with vents or fixed windows.
  • Features one of the highest DP ratings in the industry - ±80 PSF and an AW performance rating of 12 PSF of water resistance.
  • Ideal for storefronts, architectural, commercial buildings and other standard applications.
  • Meet TDI requirements for windborne debris in the Inland I and Seaward zone, Missile Level D and the Florida Building Code.
  • Details can be found online.

Ask a Winco rep how the 1450 and 1450S Windows can be configured for your next coastal — or inland —project. Contact Jim Krueger (North Texas) at 713-398-3227 or apoftx@aol.com
or Keith Wimer (South Texas) at
361-533-0961 or
