The ideal candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills along with being self-motivated, driven and able to work outside your comfort zone. You must have some technical aptitude and be willing to learn our products.

You should be able to work independently but also as part of a larger team. You will have the ability to network and travel the country up to 50% of the time.

General Description:

A Winco Architectural Rep develops, maintains and interacts with new and existing customers utilizing various methods of contact including email, phone and personal visits to increase utilization of our products within assigned territories and/or market segments. Develops strategies designed offer our products in order to solve clients problems in order to achieve increased market penetration and profitability. They are based at the Winco offices in St. Louis with frequent visit to the market territory, especially at the initial program launch.

Base Salary + Sales Bonus

Required travel 50%
