Pay starting from $12 to $15 / hour based on skills test working in a variety of different positions. That’s over $100 a day for most offers! Winco is currently hiring for day and evening shifts. These are full-time positions with overtime opportunities and the possibility of direct hire with benefits and advancement within the company.
We are located close to the metro link and metro bus stops with lots of gated parking for personal vehicles just north of the U-City Loop.
For direct hires, we offer one week paid vacation after 6 months of full-time employment and sick days after 90 days of full-time employment. After one year of full-time employment, an additional one week paid vacation is added to the benefits package. Two weeks of paid vacation in the first year of employment, plus sick days!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Create production drawings for manufacturing plant from project drawings or customer take-offs
• Prepare manufacturing work order instructions and documents utilizing D’Calc and other company software as required. [Winco will provide training]
• Prepare Purchase Orders to obtain needed materials
• Written and verbal communications with inter-departmental contacts, sales representatives, and outside customers.
• Document all job specific correspondence with both Internal and External Contacts
• Other duties as directed by Management

A Winco Architectural Rep develops, maintains, and interacts with new and existing customers utilizing various methods of contact including email, phone, and personal visits to increase utilization of our architectural products within assigned territories and/or market segments. Develops strategies designed to offer our products to solve client’s problems to achieve increased market penetration and profitability. They are based in St. Louis with frequent visits to the market territory, especially at the initial program launch.
Several territories are available based on your personal needs and experience including: Iowa, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Georgia, Arkansas, and several others.
Base Salary + Sales Bonus + First Year Spec Bonus
