Woody Miller is the son of Gantt and Kory Miller, named after her father Woodrow Kubutsky, and he is part of the fourth generation to work in the family business. Woody joined Winco in 2017 to lead the company’s manufacturing operations, as well as serve on the firm’s newly established steering committee. His first task was coordinating Winco’s plant operations to increase efficiencies and enhance communication. This is being accomplished by integrating new equipment and processes. In turn, these enhancements have helped expand Winco's presence in the window industry.
Woody's mission for Winco is to increase company throughput while maintaining or increasing margins to allow for continued capital improvements and internal growth and development.
“Winco’s windows and doors are completely custom, and our goal is to remain extremely nimble,” says Miller. “We have an exceptionally skilled team of craftsmen and women, and we carefully consider every detail that goes into the building opening—from depth and thickness, size of opening, construction of glass, coatings, glazing pocket to structural and performance requirements.”
Woody is a veteran construction industry expert. Woody began helping Winco design and construct some of its buildings several years ago, and it was a natural progression that led him to join the company full-time.
Woody enjoys the great outdoors and rigorous adventures. He is an avid downhill skier and rock climber. Woody lives in St. Louis and travels frequently for both business and adventures.
