Project Details

Winco teamed up with Isaac Stern Architects, P.C. to design and install Winco's Infinity windows. These strut windows are large enough to let in fresh air, and natural light in each of the building's 32 units, and insulated to cut energy costs and utilize recycled aluminum.

Overlooking Tompkins Square Park, 100 Avenue A serves environmentally conscious residents with a second floor communal garden, bike storage, fitness gym, white oak herringbone floors and a landscaped communal roof deck.

"The project at 100 Avenue A was a natural fit," says Kurtis Suellentrop at Winco Windows. "Our dedication to reducing our carbon footprint pairs beautifully with Isaac Stern Architects' vision for a space that is just as high-end as it environmentally friendly. It's fun when those values align."
