Winco Helps Transform Old Theissen Pickle Factory into Stylish Lofts

In a suburb of Omaha, Nebraska sits the newly opened Lofts on 24th. The site of the former H. Thiessen Pickle Company has been re-invented into charming lofts with a mix of stylish finishes, eco-friendly Euro appliances, high ceilings with exposed ductwork, and what appears to be original muntin (divided lite) windows.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2012, Winco worked hand-in-hand with the project's architects to ensure that the windows for the Lofts on 24th stayed true to the original windows put in place in 1933.

By studying original documents, including the historic registry paperwork, Winco was able to ensure that the muntins were historically accurate. With Winco's 3250 Series Historic Steel Replica Windows and one large piece of glass per window opening, Winco easily and efficiently replicated the look of divided lites.
