Cindy Smith

Cindy Smith has been a valuable member of the Winco team since 1982, gaining experience in multiple departments including purchasing, production, customer service, and estimating. Her diverse background has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the window business and has allowed her to effectively serve customers with her excellence and expertise.

An aspect of working for Winco that makes Cindy proud is the supportive teamwork across departments. It was a difficult time when the company first came out of COVID, but with teamwork and a weekly status report Cindy helped develop, everyone stays informed about a project’s status. It’s a great communication tool that has helped Winco improve on-time deliverables. Everyone has access to the report, and this continues to keep everyone informed even after the windows have shipped out and been delivered. Previously, emails and phone calls were the standard routine, but weekly status reports are a game-changer.

Cindy lives in St. Peters with her husband Tom, they have raised four children during her time at Winco. When not spending time with her Winco family, Cindy likes early morning gym time, maintaining her plants and flowers, working jigsaw puzzles, family beach vacations, and most importantly spoiling her grandchildren.
