Time Stands Still at 1550 Park Avenue
Located across the bay from San Francisco, Emeryville, California, was once an industrial hub, but is now experiencing a renaissance of redevelopment. Many of Park Avenue’s original buildings in Emeryville date back to the early part of the last century and are still very well-preserved. Air Reduction Company of California, an early oxygen manufacturer, located at 1550 Park Avenue, has recently been renovated and updated with WINCO’s historic 3250 Steel Replica window series.
The large-scale windows of the two-story masonry structure feature steel muntins much like the original ones. The window’s black trim finish are striking against the refurbished red brick.
“It's great to see WINCO products being used in a way that celebrates the authenticity and history of a building and provides comfort and performance for owners and occupants. Well done to the whole team on the entire concept,” says Gantt Miller IV.
